These terms govern your use of allcams.fm (“Allcams”, “we”, “us”). By opening the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this service is

Allcams is an aggregator. We display preview images of cam models who are broadcasting live on other platforms and link out to their rooms. The data comes through affiliate interfaces of five independent third parties: Stripchat, Chaturbate, Cam4, LiveJasmin and BongaCams.

We do not host, produce or store any video content. We run no chats, sell no tokens and process no payments. There are no user accounts and no registration on this website.

2. Adults only

This site is for people aged 18 or over. Where the law of your location sets a higher age, that higher age applies. See our Age Verification page.

3. What you may not do

  • scrape, copy, mirror or redistribute the contents of this site by automated means;
  • circumvent protective measures or interfere with the availability of the service;
  • use the site where accessing adult content is unlawful in your location;
  • record or redistribute the linked broadcasts — this violates both the models’ rights and the platforms’ rules.

4. Relationship with the platforms

The moment you follow a link, you leave Allcams. From that point only the terms and privacy notices of that platform apply. Registration, payments, tips, private shows, content and age checks there are the sole responsibility of those platforms. We cannot handle complaints about individual broadcasts — we have no access to them.

5. Availability and accuracy

The “live” status comes from third-party data and may be out of date. We give no warranty that a listed broadcast is still running, that the site is available without interruption, or that model details are accurate.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of any linked platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

7. How we are paid

We are funded by commissions from the linked platforms. This costs you nothing extra. Details in our Affiliate Disclosure.

8. Rights of others

If you are a rights holder or a person appearing in a listing, use Copyright or Content Removal. We treat those reports as priority.

9. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when the law or the service changes. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
